Formative Evaluation

What is Formative Evaluation? Formative evaluation is an ongoing process in which learners' understanding and progress are assessed throughout the entire learning process. Unlike summative evaluation, which is conducted at the end of a learning module or course, formative evaluation aims to identify learning difficulties early and address them proactively. In e-learning systems, this can be achieved through interactive quizzes, feedback loops, and continuous progress analysis to optimize the learning process.
