description

What is Blended Learning? Blended Learning refers to a combination of traditional in-person events and online learning activities. This learning format combines the advantages of both approaches: the flexibility and accessibility of e-learning, as well as the social interaction and direct feedback of in-person instruction. Blended Learning can be structured so that learners access materials, complete self-assessments, and submit assignments online, while discussions, group work, or practical exercises occur in person. This results in a more comprehensive and profound learning experience.
