What is Gamification?

Gamification refers to the use of game-like elements in a non-gaming context, such as in learning. In e-learning, gamification is used to make learning content more engaging and motivating.

Typical elements include point systems, badges, leaderboards, and rewards for achieving learning objectives. Implementing game-like mechanisms increases learner motivation, leading to a higher engagement rate and better learning outcomes.
