Thibaut, what advantages of the quiz app – apart from the obvious ones like gamification and playful learning – do our users report?

Our users appreciate, for example, the easy access to the quiz app system – as well as the entire keelearning LMS. Many find the voucher system extremely practical. It allows users to be invited even without an email address. Done! It is uncomplicated and user-friendly – so everyone can easily participate and learn along. Admins can simply generate any number of vouchers, completely individually and unbureaucratically. This is particularly interesting for participants who do not have a company email address and therefore cannot be securely identified via the company's email address. This mainly concerns customers or external sales staff, keyword: third-party company instruction.

But customers also like the easy user import, because you don't just want to send voucher codes, but also want to store permanent, registered users in the system. To do this, the new quiz app users are simply uploaded to the system via an XLS file. The access data is then sent with one click. Many imagine this process to be complicated, but it goes quite quickly.

Is there anything else that customers, or administrators, appreciate about the quiz app?

Yes, it is playing against real people, colleagues, and fellow competitors – because not every application on the market offers this attractive option. In this respect, the keelearning quiz app is certainly one of the best and most sophisticated currently on the market. A quiz battle is an exciting, involving thing.

Speaking of real players, what about the quiz bot?

The quiz bot is also highly valued. After all, there isn't always someone available to compete against. And sometimes you don't even want that. It is better to play against a computer first to become confident enough in the subject matter before competing against real players and colleagues. The quiz bot offers a good opportunity to build up your knowledge step by step. It is the ideal practice for real battles between players.

Is there anything else we can do better than other providers? ;-)

The option of integrating versatile media into the quiz questions is well received by users. A wide variety of file formats are possible. Single choice, multiple choice, but also true-false questions can be variably combined with images, video, and audio files. So it's a varied and interesting thing. Thus, they are not just simple text questions, but small multimedia experiences.

Did we forget anything else?

Yes, customers also appreciate it when a user can easily be made an admin and vice versa. Some systems are a bit inflexible in that regard and you don't have the possibility to handle the role distribution yourself with a few clicks. In the keelearning quiz app, however, this is easily possible if you want to. Furthermore, there is another advantage: advanced players have the possibility to make their own quiz question suggestions inherent to the system. The trainer or administrator can then make the final decision on whether they want to adopt them into the quiz app.
