WBT Quality Management: Quality must be learned

QMR, CIP, PDCA - behind abbreviations like these lies one main thing: quality. Because anyone who wants to develop quality management in their company professionally can benefit enormously from all of it. In a Web Based Training (WBT) on this topic, the basic content can be learned in less than an hour - and in a way that is fun.

First of all, however, the explanation of the terms: A QMR (Qualitätsmanagementbeauftragter) is a Quality Management Representative who acts in an advisory capacity within the company. The CIP (KVP) is the Continuous Improvement Process, which follows the principle: If you don't improve, you get worse. But those who actively work on improvement are successful. This leads over to the PDCA cycle:

  • Plan
  • Do
  • Check
  • Act

In other words: If you plan and implement something, you should rethink it afterwards and only then continue to act. Principles like these are not difficult in principle. Even with small tricks, companies can develop further and better exploit unused potential. But how can one convey all this to employees? After all, the topic doesn't necessarily sound attractive at first hearing.

Digital learning for more fun and sustainability

With E-Learning, you can convey topics like these to your employees in a motivating way. Thanks to microlearning, the content is learned step by step in small units. A chapter takes between 3.5 and 7.5 minutes. In this way, learning can be almost playful using hand-drawn sketches that are particularly vivid with a cut-out animation style and animations. The so-called gamification approach has proven to be extremely motivating in recent years. Interactive interim exercises make learning particularly varied. Storytelling makes learning success sustainable. Be it through the journey of a hiking group or the analogy of a relay race: when stories convey the content, they are guaranteed to remain in memory for a long time.

WBT Quality Management from keeunit

The WBT Quality Management from keeunit contains seven chapters. These deal with the topics:

  1. Why is quality so important?
  2. What exactly does a Quality Management Representative do?
  3. Why should I carry out quality assurance according to ISO 9001?
  4. What do "context and risk" have to do with all this?
  5. Process orientation - what is that actually?
  6. What is behind the continuous improvement process CIP?
  7. What does PDCA stand for and what does this concept achieve?

The keeunit team developed this content together with quality management experts and technically implemented the web-based training on this basis. Professional voice-over artists round off the WBT Quality Management.
