QMR, CIP, PDCA - behind abbreviations like these lies one main thing: quality. Because anyone who wants to develop quality management in their company professionally can benefit enormously from all of it. First of all, however, the explanation of the terms: A QMR (Qualitätsmanagementbeauftragter) is a Quality Management Representative who acts in an advisory capacity within the company.
